Sarmila Tandukar, a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Yamanashi, Japan, has recently joined PRI as a Research Fellow under PRI’s Research Cluster on Science, Technology and Natural Resources. She has expertise in the field of medical microbiology and environmental engineering. She has worked for several organizations focusing on public health and waterborne diseases under related projects and has published articles in national and international journals in the field of science and technology.
