He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Tribhuvan University. Currently, he is working as Senior Assistant at Information and Knowledge Management Department of Policy Research Institute.

His research interests include development economics, disaster preparedness, and governance analytics, where he seeks to explore data-centric solutions for policy challenges.
