Dr. Mohan Kumar Sharma, has a PhD in health education from Tribhuvan University Nepal. He is working as a Senior Research Fellow at Information and Knowledge Management Department, Policy Research Institute.

He brings ten years of diverse experience in research in health and education policy and practices, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH); Child, Early, and Forced Marriage (CEFM), dementia and aging, nutrition, dietary practice, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), adolescent health, and sexuality education for people with disabilities and HIV/AIDS. These works explore how emerging technologies and telehealth can condense hard-pressed barriers. To his credit are over two dozen research articles in national and international journals.
