Manita Kusi, a PhD in Enterprise Management from Wuhan University of Technology, China, specializes in strategic human resource management with a particular focus on the emerging green concept and practices of human resource management. While at Wuhan University, Dr. Kusi assisted in the research works of undergraduate students of the University. She has voluntarily reviewed research articles and some of her articles are published in international journals. She also has worked for various non-governmental organizations and international non-governmental organizations as a researcher, enumerator and supervisor.
