Khaga Nath Adhikari, a PhD in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, has joined PRI as a Senior Research Fellow under PRI’s Research Cluster on National Interests, Foreign Policy and Strategic Affairs. He brings with him a professional experience of more than three decades with Nepal’s Foreign Service, including as Nepal’s Ambassador to Thailand and concurrently accredited countries, and of a Faculty at DIRD, TU. He has authored/ edited two books and has written articles on relevant professional topics.
