Jham Kumar Bishwakarma, a PhD, in International Relations from Central China Normal University, Wuhan, Hubei, P.R. China, has joined Policy Research Institute as an Associate Research Fellow under PRI’s research cluster on National Interest, Foreign Policy, and Strategic Affairs. He brings with him three years’ experience of technical education and eight years’ experience in office administration in the health sector. During 2014-2015, he served as a Senior Scholar in China under a UNESCO Fellowship Programme.
