Gopal Acharya, who holds Master’s degrees in Political Science and Education from Tribhuvan University, has joined PRI as an Analyst. He brings with him fifteen years of experience in research including seven years of research in nongovernmental organizations and eight years of research management, administration and higher education quality assurance and accreditation at the University Grants Commission, Nepal. To his credit are three books, five articles in national journals and editorship at a peer reviewed national journal.
